Model ACO-7 is the latest version of the automated Cleveland Open Cup(COC) flash point tester from Tanaka. When this seventh generation model was designed after 35 years of delivering the automated flash point testers to the petroleum industry, ease of operation and maintenance was sought.

ACO-7自動(dòng)開(kāi)口閃點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)儀嚴(yán)格按照克利夫蘭開(kāi)口杯法（COC）測(cè)試石油產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)口閃點(diǎn)。儀器是“日本田中科學(xué)機(jī)器制作株式會(huì)社”第7代的自動(dòng)閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀器，集“田中科學(xué)”35年自動(dòng)閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀的制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)和當(dāng)今新測(cè)試技術(shù)于一身。操作簡(jiǎn)單，功能完善，易于維護(hù)。

SINGLE ACTION SETTING: The flash detector rings and the temperature sensor are permanently mounted on a swing-arm assembly, which allows an easy setting of the specimen .儀器擺動(dòng)式測(cè)試臂簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用，使用雙環(huán)形電極檢測(cè)閃點(diǎn),溫度控制靈敏度高。樣品杯更換，拆卸清洗都非常方便。

EASY OPERATION: select a test mode and enter the expected flash point; while the instrument executes the test, you are free to do other lab work. The tester follows the exact procedures prescribed in the test method, and the completion of the test cycle is signaled by beeps. The test result is brightly shown on the VFD module. 測(cè)試閃點(diǎn)只需預(yù)設(shè)閃點(diǎn)溫度，和對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)試模式，儀器就嚴(yán)格按照試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，無(wú)需人為干預(yù)。全微機(jī)控制，升溫和測(cè)試過(guò)程精確可靠，全數(shù)字顯示閃點(diǎn)溫度和點(diǎn)火次數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，訊響提示，并自動(dòng)風(fēng)冷。一人可同時(shí)操作多臺(tái)儀器，有效的提高了人員效率。

AUTO FIRE POINT DETECTION: In addition to the flash point, fire point can be determined automatically. The fire point is detected when the double Ionization rings detects 5 sec of continuous burning. ACO-7還可以測(cè)試樣品的燃點(diǎn)。在燃點(diǎn)檢測(cè)模式下，儀器在檢測(cè)出閃點(diǎn)后再次連續(xù)點(diǎn)火試驗(yàn)，直至樣品連續(xù)燃燒5秒鐘的溫度點(diǎn)，就是樣品的燃點(diǎn)。

AUTO FIRE CONTAINMENT: ACO-7 is equipped with a fire containment lid which activates automatically to help putting out fire when ACO-7 detects a fire point or  specimen is burning up heavily. ACO-7配備有自動(dòng)滅火蓋，簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用，可在測(cè)試樣品的燃點(diǎn)后自動(dòng)滅火。作為儀器安全措施的一部分，自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)也有效的避免了測(cè)試中引起火災(zāi)的意外情況。

DATA HANDLING: The unit is equipped to store up to 50 successive test results and export to an optional printer or to a LIMS through an RS232 port. 儀器可記錄后50 次的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，內(nèi)置電池，即使關(guān)機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)也不會(huì)丟失。還可以通過(guò)RS-232外接打印機(jī)輸出，或同實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)（LIMS）通訊，便于集中控制管理。

MODULAR DESIGN: The tester consists of a computer control unit and a test head unit, allowing remotely placing the test head unit up to 3 meters away. An optional Changeover unit can be purchased to attach the control unit to another type of flash point test head unit (APM-7 or ATG-7). The control unit is designed to control any type of the three different flash point test head unit, but one at a time. 儀器可分為控制部和測(cè)試部?jī)蓚€(gè)部分，控制部和測(cè)試部既能上下放置（減少設(shè)置面積）又能左右并排，兩者遠(yuǎn)可通過(guò)3m長(zhǎng)的電纜相連。全系列閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀器的控制部分可以通用，并可自動(dòng)識(shí)別所連接的測(cè)試部，。配上CHG-7型切換器(選購(gòu)件)，1臺(tái)控制部可切換控制二臺(tái)測(cè)試部（APM-7型或ATG-7型）。

(a) EFP+30 ℃ or at 400 ℃ is reached,

   超過(guò)預(yù)期閃點(diǎn)值30 ℃未檢測(cè)出閃點(diǎn)，或超過(guò)了檢測(cè)范圍（400 ℃）時(shí)
