Vertical horizontal burning test machine
本機適用于各種電線電纜緣被覆材料、印刷電路板材料,IC緣體等有機材料之耐燃燒性試驗.試驗時,將試件至于火焰頂端,燃燒15秒,熄滅15秒,重復5次后檢查試件被焚情形,可設(shè)定燃燒,熄滅時間及重復次數(shù),并可自動操作。
適用于UL1581.UL13.UL444.UL1655之VW-1以及CSA之FT-1。
The machine is suitable for all kinds of wire and cable insulation coating material, printed circuit boards,

一、垂直燃燒箱：按照UL1581標準尺寸制作，內(nèi)部尺寸為305*355*610mm。
二、水平燃燒箱：按照UL1581標準尺寸制作，內(nèi)部尺寸為305*355*610mm。
三、垂直火花噴嘴：噴嘴角度是20度，帶氣體控制閥。
四、水平火花噴嘴：噴嘴角度是90度，帶氣體控制閥。
五、垂直或水平噴嘴選擇模式。
六、選擇人工/自動模式。
七、在達到預設(shè)的數(shù)據(jù)時，機器會自動停止測試。
八、燃料：瓦斯.甲烷(客戶自備)
九、試驗長度：300mm(水平)，457mm
